Our experience at Adiwana Unagi Suites was amazing. Everything ranging from the hospitality, room cleanliness, food, and amenities were flawless. There was a mistake on the booking we made for our massage, so they quickly offered us to transport us to their sister hotel so we can have the massage there. I am telling you guys, hospitality here is amazing. Even if you encounter some difficulties, they will go above and beyond to make sure they get solved. Special thanks to Mila for being such an amazing butler, and to the rest of the team that helped us deal with the electricity, and massage transport. You guys are the best!

Hoped to stay in Unagi Suites room with its nature theme semi open bathroom but ended up in Adiwana Forest View room. No regret since it give us access to a beautiful forest and main pool view. Spacious and clean room, lovely main pool, the services is just perfect! Great experience to stay. Note: located only around 2km away from Ubud center but with unsafe road to walk. Give it 5 stars for free shuttle service a few times each day until 9:00 pm.

Lovely place with great hospitality by the staff. Loved the serenity and the views - definitely recommend this place if you're a nature lover, or if you want to relax on holiday while immersed in the peaceful nature. Room was clean and very spacious, it also came with a few other activities (massage, ATV & beach club + dinner) which we enjoyed. Food was amazing too. Thank you for making our stay an amazing one! 💯

The hotel is in a nice area with lots of greenery. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Swimming pool overlooking the jungle, you can stay for half a day. The staff is friendly. The only negative is the food. The breakfast is interesting in the description, but in reality it is simple and not very tasty. One star less for breakfast
